Emotional Balance

emotional-balanceThroughout our lives we experience different situations and events, triumphs, disappointments and frustrations. We deal with the practical and financial challenges of daily life as well as health issues, trauma and bereavement. Then of course, there are always the thorny issues of relationships with family, friends or partners – good, bad or unresolved!

Everyone adjusts to and deals differently with these experiences. However, the ways in which we’re affected, can unbalance our physical and emotional well-being, not just at the time of the event, but for years afterwards and often these disturbances are at the root of any number of unpleasant conditions including

  • Digestive issues

  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Phobias
